GMS Testing, Inc., (GMS) has experienced in-house drilling crews, equipped with modified, 1-ton, 4 wheel-drive, truck-mounted, C.M.E. 45 Drilling units. GMS’s drillers provide Geotechnical & Environmental Drilling services for foundation and construction planning, landfill applications, environmental sampling, hydraulic and hydrologic studies and Geophysical data acquisition. In addition, we can provide rotary hammer and rock coring, drilling services for monitoring well installation and comprehensive rock bearing studies. |

GMS
is also equipped to provide drilling decontamination services in accordance
with EPA and ASTM sampling protocol, as may be applicable to environmental
projects. All of our environmental drilling personnel maintain OSHA
40 hour (HAZWOPER) training.

Certified geotechnical laboratory facility offers all of the standard
construction materials testing services (per ASTM & AASHTO Methods),
including: concrete, grout and mortar compressive strength analysis,
soil classification, moisture-density relationship, liquid/plastic limits
determination, particle size analysis, CBR's etc. We can also provide
a broad range of specialty materials testing which include: petrographic
examination, hydraulic conductivity analysis, consolidation, shear strength
and triaxial compression analysis, soil corrosion, etc…
