Testing, Inc., (GMS) is an independent testing and engineering consulting
firm providing Geotechnical, Materials and Structural
investigation, design and testing services. We provide Geotechnical
Drilling Studies, State-of-the-art Materials Laboratory Analysis, Environmental
Services and also, offer a full complement of Construction Materials,
GeoPhysical and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Testing Services.
GMS is a recognized Small-Business Entity by the U.S. Small Business
Administration and is registered through Central Contractor Registration.

GMS’s
corporate office and laboratory are centrally located in the Northwest
Alabama area and are capable of providing local, daily testing lab services
for North Alabama, Northern Mississippi and portions of Southern and
Western Tennessee. In addition, we offer Drilling, NDE Services and
geophysical Testing throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia
and North Florida. GMS’s NDE and Geophysical services are supported
by the expertise and multi-disciplined engineering staff of STS Consultant’s,
LTD (AECOM). Through this alliance, GMs provides Geophysical examination
services for projects throughout the Southeastern United States, supplying
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Cross-Hole Sonic Logging, Parallel Seismic,
Electromagnetic Subsurface Mapping, Impulse Response and Vibration Analysis,
data collection, problem evaluation and structural materials analysis.

professional staff and consultant resources include: Professional Engineers
in the Civil, Structural, Geotechnical and Mechanical disciplines; licensed
Professional Geologists; Soil Scientists; NICET certified laboratory
and field engineering technicians and other technical support personnel.
In addition, we can provide a full range of Environmental Services and
Analytical Testing, through our associates network.

GMS
maintains all of the standard required insurance coverages. Typically,
a Certificate of Insurance will be issued to the Certificate Holder
directly from the office of our insurance provider, in conjunction with
a project services inquiry or quotation.
